qpjl Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one registered account on qpjl. Creating duplicate accounts, using another person's account, or allowing someone else to use your account is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. If you forget your login details, please use the account recovery option on the Login page or contact support via the email address shown in the footer. All account activity is the sole responsibility of the registered account holder, including any bets placed, rewards earned, and vouchers redeemed during a session.

Account Security and Login Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qpjl login credentials, including your username and password. qpjl will never ask you for your password through any communication channel, including email or chat. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify qpjl support immediately using the contact email listed in the footer of this page. Any activity that occurs on your account before a suspected breach is reported will be treated as having been performed by the registered account holder. We strongly recommend using a unique, strong password and not sharing your login details with anyone.

Bets, Payouts, and Philippine Peso Amounts

All betting amounts, odds, potential payouts, rewards values, and voucher credits on qpjl are denominated in Philippine pesos (₱). It is each member's responsibility to review the details of any bet — including the stake amount, odds, and potential return — before confirming. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Payouts for winning bets will be credited to the member's account balance in Philippine pesos within the timeframe published in the FAQ. qpjl reserves the right to void any bet that is the result of a technical error, an incorrectly displayed odd, or any other platform malfunction.

Rewards, Vouchers, and Jackpot Participation

The Rewards programme, Voucher offers, and Jackpot category are subject to their own specific eligibility rules, which are described on their respective pages. Rewards points are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash equivalent outside of the redemption options displayed on the Rewards page. Vouchers are valid only for the period and betting categories stated at the time of issue. qpjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional feature, including Rewards, Vouchers, and Jackpot events, at any time and without prior notice, provided that existing confirmed balances and earned points are honoured in accordance with the rules in effect at the time they were earned.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

All members are expected to engage with the qpjl platform in a responsible manner. Sports betting is intended to be an entertainment activity, not a means of generating income.
